Laurated and beadred head of Zeus right,
Reverse. ΦΙΛIΙΠV, rider right on horse holding upright palm branch, control letter Z below horse and E in front between forelegs.
Better than very fine and rare with control marks Z-E.
The prototype control letters Z - E not recorded in the extensive collection of the ANS or in SNG Cop.

This issue copies a tetradrachm of Philip II of Macedon ( 359-336 BC ) from the mint of Amphipolis.Note that the letter Phi resembles as cross pommee, the omicron omitted and the Upsilon a latin V.
