Hamira Deva was one of the last Hindu rulers attempting to stand up against the Muslim takeover of northern India, but he was defeated by Ala-ud-din Khilji. The coin is dated Vikram samvat (13)45 = 1287 CE and is of great rarity, described as "EXCEEDINGLY RARE" by Deyell.
 
This specimen is obviously very worn and the bargain price reflects that. But quite a few of the details can be made out. The image below is of another specimen to allow for the details of the coin to be seen and compared ... that example sold for nearly $2,500.
