Obverse : Radiate bust of Nero right, with NERW KAAU KAIS SEB GER around to the right, starting at 9 o'clock.
Reverse : Bust of Sarapis right, with AUTOKRA around, and the date mark L IA (for year-11) in the right field (parts of the inscription are off the flan).
