Reverse: MN ACILIVS / III VIR VALETV. Valetudo standing left, holding serpent and leaning upon column to right.
Very nice denarius, close to EF the obverse, EF- the reverse, conserving complete details on both sides, very bold reliefs and a precious toned silver.
