All known specimens of the
Constantine I anepigraphic Dafne reverses have appeared since 1989, and
thus are published in neither RIC nor in LRBC. Speck and Huston knew of
just three specimens, including the sixth officina as here. However,
since 1992 there have been a number of examples to come onto the market,
although it is
still by far the rarest and most desirable of all the
Dafne varieties.
