Christ, nimbate, seated facing on throne without back, wearing pallium and colobium and raising right hand in benediction, book of Gospels in left hand; IC - XC to left and right of nimbus / (not within struck area, but should be:) to left, Iω ΔΕΣΠΟΤΗ; to right, ΓЄ / ωΡ / ΓΙ or similar, John II on left and St. George on right, both standing facing, holding between them patriarchal cross; John wears a crown, divitsion and chlamys; St. George is nimbate, wears military garb and holds sword in left hand.

VF, reverse in good style and crisply struck within significantly diminished central area missing all legend; obverse in similarly good style but double struck over top half of Christ.
