These scarce potin coins, with their simple and elegant design, did not name the king and were issued from the reign of Rudrasimha I to Damasena. We can attribute these coin to Rudrasena I as he was in power in the year S. 137 and the coins were found together. Lot of two coins offered, one of which offers much of the obverse design and the other the reverse design with full date. |
