A bold and exceptional piece of jewelry! Including the loop, it hangs 67 mm and is 53 mm wide. Note the beautiful peacocks, with lotus blossom rising between them and the wonderful "feather" border. Also, note the beautiful "rope" on the reverse, suggesting a braid of hair. A rare secular piece of jewelry, probably from the early part of the 20th century. See photo below for the reverse. |
