Procopius, AD 365 to 366, was a relative of Julian II, and as such was actually the last member of the House of Constantine.

Denomination : AE 3.  Mint : Heraclea.

Size : 17.0 x 18.2 mm. Weight : 3.78 grams.

Grade :  VF with a dark, almost black, patination.

Obverse : Head of Procopius left, with DN PROCOPIVS P F AVG around.

Reverse : Procopius standing forwared with head right, holding a labarum, and leaning slightly on a shield, with REPARATIO FEL TEMP around.  Most of the mint mark below is off the flan but from the tips of the letters that show one can determine the mint was HERACA (the parts that show can only be MH from an SMHA mint mark).
