Obverse : Head of Philip I right, with IMP IVL PHILIPPVS PIVS FEL AVG P M around.
 
Reverse : Female figure representing Moesia, standing  left between a bull and lion, with P M S COL VIM around, and AN VII below.

The bull and lion are the symbols of the VII th and IV th legions, which were stationed in Moesia.
