These Kushano-Sassanian coins were struck in Northern India up to Afghanistan, and are Kushan coins struck under the Sassanids as overlords.

Date : This coin names Ardeshire I who ruled ca. 226 to 240 AD, but it does not name the Kushan ruler, and some believe they were made from about AD 230 to 250.

Size : 16.8 x 19.0 mm. Weight : 2.62 grams.
Grade : gVF. Flan crack.
Obverse : Sassanid style crowned bust of King right in fairly good style.
Reverse : Half-standing deity (Anahita) beneath a canopy, holding trident and wreath, with a Pehlvi inscription around.
