Julia Domna was the wife of Septimius Severus, and mother of both Caracalla and GETA.  This particular coin with the MATRI CASTRORUM insriptions is refering to her as the "mother of the camp" and is rare with this depiction of her seated before two standards.

Denomination : Silver denarius.  Mint : Rome.

Date : issue of AD 200, under Septimius Severus. 

Reference : Sear-6596, RIC IVi-568.

Size : 15.7 x 17.1 mm.  Weight : 2.29 grams.

Grade : VF but on a small flan so that only part of the inscriptions are on the flan.

Obverse : Head of Julia Domna right, with JULIA AVGVSTA around.

Reverse : Julia Domna seated left before two standards, with MATRI CASTORVM around (parts of most of the letters are visible).
