Date : There were a number of counts called Centulle from the 11th to 15th century, but this coin would have been issued by one of them some time during the 12th to 13th centuries.

Obverse : Short cross with pellets in the two upper angles, with CENTVLIO COM around.
Reverse : PAX (meaning peace) forming a triangle in the center, with ONOR FORCMS around.
