Grade : XF/gVF on a broad flan with the full ring of beads on both side (the beads don't even touch the edge).  Dark brown patina, with just a trace of porosity in the reverse fields.  The K in the mint mark is slightly weak.

Obverse : Head of Diocletian right, with IMP C C VAL DIOCLETIANVS P F AVG around.

Reverse : Genius standing left, wearing a modius on his head, holding a cornucopiae and patera, with a chlamys over his shoulder, with GENIO POPVLI ROMANI around, with he mint mark KG (Cysicus, 3rd officina) below.
