Obverse : Head of Hera left.

Reverse : Eagle flying right, carrying a snake and with a wreath just above the tail, with CAL around and below, starting at 3 o'clock.

In case you have not noticed what is unusual about this specimen, on most of these if the head of Hera is left, the eagle will also be left.  Or if the Head of Hera is right, the eagle will also be right.  But on this specimen Hera is left and the eagle is right.

It is also exceptional, in that you can can see the full outline of the reverse die on this coin.
