Zeno-367624 (It's me there) / Cf. SMAK p. 70 (for chronology) / Bopearachchi, Sophytes 10 = SNG ANS 11.
Extremely fine, dark patina with fully lustrous on both sides. This Superb condition makes it even more extremely rare from Oxus region
The object on the obverse was
previously described as an “uncertain object”, but a comparison with
Athenian coinages, which this series generally imitates, reveals that it
must be a kalathos which
is represented on a variety of issues at Athens.
