1952 Canadian Mint "Set" No water line Dollar
As we know, there were no Canadian mint sets as we understand them today till 1953. From the 60th Anniversary "Canadian Coins" Charlton we find this reference on page 411, regarding singles and sets:
"All proof-like singles, 1c to $1.00, originated from sets, either sold by the mint on request or given by the Mint Master to individuals during a visit to the Mint."
The six for sale are these "sets." They are BU, original and a great opportunity to own one of these historic pieces. The sets shown are representative of the sets available.
