Kyle Mutcher makes hand struck tokens and medallions which in there fabric have many of the features seen on ancient coins, although he never uses design that could be confused with an ancient coin. He also cuts all of his own dies.
This particular medallion was made specifically for the Canadian Numismatic Association annual coin show held in Calgary in 2005, and was offered for sale at the show as a fund raiser for the coin club. They were actually struck at the show.
Size : 20.0 x 20.4 mm. Weight : 4.92 grams.
Material : sterling silver.
Condition : Uncirculated.
